Monumental City Ancient Fife & Drum Corps is always looking for new
members. Whether you are an experienced fifer, or rudimental snare or
bass drummer, or you would like to learn how to play one of these instruments,
we look forward to meeting you.
Our current roster includes two charter members from the original 1950
corps, and musicians with musical experience in various drum corps from
around the world, including the United States military. Most of our members
reside in Maryland, within easy driving distance of Baltimore, but others
come from out of state including Colorado, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia,
and Vermont.
Weekly practice is held every Tuesday night from 7:00 PM to 9:00
PM at the Mount Clare Stable in Carroll Park. Visitors are always welcome.
The stable is located in southwest Baltimore at 1500 Washington Blvd,
Baltimore, MD 21230 (two miles west of the Baltimore Inner Harbor at the
intersection of Washington Blvd & Monroe St).
